Working with me means creating a safe, supportive space to help you move through anxiety, burnout, trauma, and overwhelm. Using a blend of skills including Somatic Experiencing and Dynamic Attachment Repatterning (DARe), I guide you in reconnecting with your body, calming your nervous system, and healing old emotional patterns. What Does A Somatic Coaching Session Look Like?

In this video, you’ll get a glimpse of a demo session with an experienced coaching client. For this recording, we chose a light topic to keep things easygoing, but it’s not representative of the deeper, more complex emotions we usually explore. Most of my sessions focus on trauma, stress, burnout, and emotional healing, but the techniques I use—such as breathwork and nervous system regulation—remain the same. This video offers a snapshot of what a session might look like, helping you understand the flow and feel of our work together. Each session is tailored to your personal needs and experiences, ensuring the support you receive is both relevant and impactful.
